About CallHippo

CallHippo is a cloud-based call center solution that helps mid to large size businesses with workflow automation and virtual telephony. The platform enables users to give detailed analysis to customers through call recordings. CallHippo offers Activity Feed that lets users access caller name, call status, total call duration, department and more. Primary features of CallHippo include productivity tracker, sales script designing, call recording samples and call analysis. Additionally, the platform lets users filter call logs by applying filters such as call type, specific time period, incoming calls or outgoing calls. CallHippo integrates with Zapier, Zoho, Zendesk, Slack, HubSpot, Intercom, Groove, Freshdesk and Pipedrive. One of the best tools out there for cold calling!

All in all, this is by far one of the best product I have used for cold calling.

Pros

CallHippo is very easy to use. The features are nice and straightforward. The customer support is one of the best and resolve problems instantly once you inform them. Even if a call doesn't go through, you are made aware of the reason why. The monitoring feature is nice too and helps keep the team on track.

Cons

Sometimes the software doesn't allow us to make calls to a particular country but without an explanation. And the call reminder feature is a little buggy

it's a fraud, they charge us a year in advance and refuse to refund although we don't use the service for long time !! i emailed customer service few times and they refuse to credit the next year . i have never heard of such thing !!! be carful !!!1

Impeccable Support

It's been a very good experience since the last 3 years we've been using them.

Pros

Service is impeccable. The best part about them is the support team who actually take the time to help each and every small request of the customer. Also the team is well versed with the system (which many tech teams these days are not).

User Friendly

Callhippo's interface is really easy to use, there are no disconnects or network issues.

Pros

The Open Dailer feature is a very good feature on Call Hippo, it has very good access for dialing and it shows all the numbers and names that we dail on the dialer

First time customer - Great experience

It has been great to be honest. I have tried this for the first time. I have used softwares such as Vonage and ringcentral in the past which were also good. But callhippo's support function just wowed me. I mean they are always available to answer questions and solve issues in a heartbeat.

The ease of set up, the quality of calls, recordings to go back and monitor what's working and what's not. Best part is the support function - Always available and solves issues in a heartbeat.

Canadian business user

Good. I am grateful that I have a virtual number for my Canadian customers.

Pros

Ease of use and installation. I like that the service works usually well. The app works well.

Cons

The cost of the SMS is high and should be included or reduced when already a customer. Or have better option since texting is almost mandatory in the current business environment.

Callhippo is very easy to use and has a good quality for inbound and outbound calls.

I am happy I chose CallHippo. I never encountered any problems using it.

Too early to comment . I would request if this survey can be rolled out later span of time as i get to use this AAP more

I can comment much about the AAP as i use it to the full.. I have just started so far good.
However i would appreciate prompt help and action from [sensitive content hidden]. Good process and prouduct knowledge with excellent customer service and connection

Too early to comment. I feel these questions can be rolled out to the new user with span of time as he/she gets to experience Call Hippo deeply
