Their managers even have access to view the checklists, monitor progress, and make any additions as needed. This makes everything more efficient and ensures we don't miss any crucial onboarding steps. > > **Cons**: Lately, ever since Pingboard was most recently acquired, I am having some issues with the survey tool. Employees will fill out the entire survey, but some questions show they left the answer blank. The questions are not optional and the employees have confirmed they filled in the answers, so I assume this is a technical glitch.
