I'm not fond of the rotating door of Account Managers. > > **Cons**: I'm a 20 year veteran in the L\&D space and have worked with countless LMS in that time. Relias' contract renewal practices are the worst in the business. 60 day cancellation notifications seems acceptable, but if you miss it, you're locked in for the term of your contract. 3 year contract? then you're renewed for 3 years, automatically. Secondly, make sure you update your contact names officially with the account. Whether or not you're in communication with them (even as far as renewing a contract with them), because the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. Unfortunately, their mismanagement of our account and their business practices, negatively impacted our users. Not an "We apologize", but a "you should have formally notified us" If you can find another software to meet your needs, I would encourage you to look elsewhere. Relias has outdated and predatory practices that are not user friendly, and always end up serving Relias, rather than the customer. > > Extremely negative.
