Commitments were repeatedly missed, responsibility was avoided, and customer concerns were dismissed. We would have gladly reconsidered working with Phreesia once the AI product was actually ready, but the way this was handled destroyed our confidence in the company. Downright predatory behavior. > > I never leave reviews, but in this case I will. We purchased Phreesia for one reason: their AI receptionist. During the sales process, we were told it would answer patient calls and schedule appointments in real time while the patient remained on the phone. After signing the contract, and during the implementation process we learned that functionality was not actually available for our athenahealth integration. Instead, it simply sent patients a text message with a scheduling link, which our existing system already did. We immediately notified Phreesia that we wanted to cancel because the primary product they advertised to us was not actually available. We were told we would have to pay a termination fee. Ultimately, they promised a product that they couldn't deliver and then charged us a termination fee when we wanted to leave.
