My favorite Note Taking Application
Oh I cannot find anything else that matches to it.
Pros
Everything about Notion is such a charm. Let's discuss one by one:1. Ease of deployment: Go to www.notion.so and make an account. And that's it. Download the app on your phone/Desktop if you want.2. The web clipper is a god-sent angel.3. Templates: If you have a problem, there is a template to solve it for you.
Cons
There are no cons that make me move away from it apart from the absence of the Knowledge Graph-like chart. Another software competition has it.

Fine, if you don't mind not owning your data
1 or 2 times a month the app presents problems and the system is unusable for a few hours until they fix it. The team usually apologizes, but do not use it as a work tool or you will be stranded. For personal use it may be fine, but I think its development is very slow. Until recently there were no recurring tasks. I think they should improve their approach, so that it can be used to carry out projects and tasks, not just to store fancy databases.
Pros
It's very flexible, cross-device (although the mobile app is pretty bad), syncs well, and gets better over time, albeit very slowly.
Cons
In addition to the fact that the learning curve is very high, it is quite frustrating that your data is not saved on your computer, as other tools, such as Obsidian, do.

The Best Productivity and Project Management Tool in the Market
Overall, this is one of top best tools for my personal and work productivity, product management, and digital content organizing tool. I highly appreciate Notion!
Pros
Not only do I appreciate the design of Notion, which is clean, modern, and easy to navigate, it's a wide range of views and templates that perfectly suit my needs, including calendars, task lists, project boards, and knowledge bases. Notion's real-time collaboration allows my team members to work on projects together in a single interface, commenting and updating information is easy. It also made me use Notion for my personal and business, and now my life has evolved with Notion. It integrates my life, and my work thru devices like my iPhone, iPad, and multiple computers. Just the perfect tool for me and others, both personal and business. Highly recommend it!
Cons
Accessing shared pages in Notion as a guest is a little more involved than downloading a shared file from Google Drive. However, it is still possible to view shared pages in Notion without creating an account, as long as you have the correct link and the person who shared the page has set the correct sharing permissions. Besides this, Notion is perfect!

Evernote TeamsReasons for Choosing Notion
I liked Notion better for its simplicity and design. I like the Notion page layout which I can totally customize. I could see all my personal and business on one page and it is very easy to navigate. Which Evernote doesn't provide. Also, my job required me to use Notion as well.Switched From
Evernote TeamsReasons for Switching to Notion
