Love Engage Bay
I love it. I have been using it since February 2024, having come over from Hubspot, and it's just much easier to use, doing all the same things, for about 1/4th the price. The customer support is awesome. Rarely can I not get help when I need it, and I always get what I need handled. They are a great team at Engage Bay, and I'm really happy I moved over to it.

Everything. It's just a super simple CRM to use and I love using it as do my 5 salesmen that work with me.
Cons
Not much at all. I rarely run into problems with it, actually.

Look elsewhere
We have had continual problems trying to be productive using this service. Nothing is straighforward and there are strange side effects and bugs. Online documtation is very poor, so you have to ask almost everything via support. Support chat is fast but low quality. Support tickets are better but they close them without resolving anything so you have to keep bugging them.
The most disappointing feature was automations, where they have only limited things that can trigger an automation and limited choices for what the automation can do. You can have multiple automations but there is no priority between them so you end up having to just have one very large one. Not designed or implemented well.
It is completely unacceptable that customer support tickets in the Support section are not reliably showing up in saved views.
Sounds good on paper but in practice it is not there. Look elsewhere.

Cons
Nothing is straightforward, there are numerous bugs and poor design decisions, ticket views are unreliable (sometimes do not show all matches!).

Great value for the cost!
They have all the important features to manage a campaign and thought their support was timely and helpful.

In our case we needed to communicate with a large email list and found engagebay an affordable way to do that. They have a good set of features to manage campaigns and receive feedback on email sent and opened.

There are some features that high end services offered but at their price point I felt like we received excellent value.

Cheap yet still packed full of features
Overall I've had a very positive experience using it. When i first started in marketing, it was the tool i learned everything on and I'm very glad it happened that way since it was so easy to use.

Great CRM, You must consider when looking for a CRM!
EngageBay has exceeded my expectations. This program is truly starting to get my business going. I enjoyed my sales guy and everything he told me has been true, yes that's a first. The Customer Service people are great, they are there all the time and have really helped me along. The price was much less than the competition, and if you get the All-in-One set up, they do not nickel and dime you for more modules as its all in that package. I give EbgageBay 100% for all they are doing.

Without a doubt what I like the most is the customer service and all the help I receive. I am not a IT expert and hooking up apps and making SMS, automation and setting up my needs is not something I know a lot about. The Customer Service has been amazing and quite frankly beats the competition I have worked with. I found most companies to be all talk when it comes to helping, but EngageBay has helped me every step of the way, by chat and on the phone when I need extra help.The product is full of tools, I am using the "All In One" version and it does everything I need at half the price as the competition. It amazes me how many choices there are and how much I can do.I find this program will also grow great as our company grows. It's more than we need today, but it won't be next year and for the price, it would be silly to go anyplace else.

For me the thing I dislike the most about any program is learning how to use it. But like I said the support is great.There is not a lot I do not like about EngageBay, I am a very happy Customer. If I had to pick something, I would like to see a larger EngageBay University with many more in-depth and beginner videos. I am told this is coming, so that will be great!

Engagebay one of my go to choice for Email marketing and automation.
It's a really good tool for sales and email automation. I like the no code platform and creating landing pages is really easy. Also, I like the customer support so much, any issue or error that arises, it gets fixed so early.

Customer service is top notch, Dashboard again is really good and easy analytics, EDM/Landing page creation so easy and in a breeze.
Cons
Initially it takes time getting used to when creating the EDM's and Landing page. Certain features are hidden or it takes time to reach them and find them. But once you know its really easy.

In our case, we use the CRM module for sales and deals management . We use it dayly , is our tool for deals register , sales, win/loss oportunities, contact data, etc.. EngageBay platform provides a glance of our business development and help us to categorize our company priorities, track our goals, tasks, etc. I strongly recommend it for small business .
Pros
I like the easy use of the platform, the fast response. For example in the deals view you can add your customers´s logo, and other fields that you consider neccessary. This is very useful in order to have a quick view of your business . You can also generate csv reports from each account. The online support is polite, fast and efficient.
Cons
I would like more configurable options for sales reports and user experience interface. For example, change background colors, insert your company logo, reports from different fields. (For example customer hit rate report,etc)

Great, Value for Money Solution for a B2B
We were looking for a solution that would suit a B2B and were comparing various options against the features of Pardot and Hubspot. EngageBay came out as the most cost-effective solution that gave us most of the features but at a much more reasonable cost. We are happy with the choice of EngageBay for our business. Not only is it good value, but it is easy to use and the support is better than their competitors (including some of the market leaders which I have experienced first hand).
Pros
It does everything we need at a much more reasonable cost than than the market-leading marketing platforms and CRMs. Also, the interface is much easier to use and far more intuitive than some of the market leaders, eg. SalesForce/Pardot. The support team are responsive and will answer any questions which is helpful particularly in the set up phase. We are based in Australia, so sometimes there is a time lag but it has not caused us any issues to date.
Cons
There are a few missing features which would seem to be obvious, eg. not being able to sort on every column of data or only having the client's first name listed in some places when having both names would be more helpful or not having the ability to insert an email link into their templates. However, these can be worked around.

Pleasantly Surprised
I've used this platform for about 6 months now. Once I got passed the warmup process there have been no limits. I highly recommend it.
Pros
I like the platform overall. I went in just expecting an email platform but have gotten so much more out of it. The landing pages and ability to bring in my own coding into their platform has saved lots of time for me. Their customer service is top notch and responsive.
Cons
It's not the BEST platform out there. And it's priced that way. No knock against it at all. The best platforms out there cost a fortune. This is the best bang for your buck you'll get anywhere bar none. If money is no object go someplace else. Pound for pound eEngagebay is the real deal.

This Is A Great Initial CRM For Start-Ups and Growth Phase Businesses
I have a lot of experience with Hubspot and Sales Force. I really liked the functionality of Hubspot, however the pricing for that was way to high for the current company that I work for. Engagebay delivers most of the same features, though some of the workflow is different. There is also a learning curve with any new CRM.

Engagebay does a great job with contact management, emails, and call lists at an very affordable price. It does what other of the big name CRMS do, at a fraction of the price
Cons
There are some things I would like to streamline with this CRM such as putting in a contact note without having to go all the way into a contact under a note. It would be nice to be able to be able to edit a note or task from the contact list screen, rather than having to go all the way into a contact.

A dizzying array of tools in a nice, integrated package
Overall it's been quite nice. It is an incredibly capable platform with lots of room to grow into.
Pros
The simplicity of connecting the API, the tracking tools, and the way that it manages to somehow pull together all the complex features needed into a single package and somehow make it appear that it's less complex than it really is. The capabilities here are astounding, but if the more complex things aren't needed, the system remains simple and straightforward.
Cons
It would be nice to be able to hide the links, tabs, and menus to things that aren't being used and re-add them if we decided to use them later. Also, the social media marketing only covers Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram. I'd really like to have a much wider selection.

Fast ROI with EngageBay
The overall experience has been very satisfactory. The initial demo and onboarding was highly informative and showed how EngageBay would serve our purpose for a very reasonable cost. The several times I have needed tech support I was able to jump on a chat, explain what I needed help with, and quickly get a resolution to the issue.
Pros
EngageBay is an extremely easy platform to implement. While there have been a few times we have had their support team help us, for the most part it is highly intuitive.
One of the key features we needed was the ability to create email sequences. Having used other CRM platforms, I was pleased with the bulk upload feature. With other platforms, I found I was able to only upload 50 at a time which was time consuming. With EngageBay I was able to upload 500 contacts all at once. With other platforms I have been limited to sending 500 emails per day. After using the email verifier that EngageBay provides for a very nominal cost, we are able to send up to 1000 emails per day.
Cons
Setting up the email sequences was a bit tricky in places. The first time I went to upload contacts to the email sequence the contacts did not load properly. When I checked to see results the next day, I found that only a few dozen emails had been sent. After contacting tech support, I was able to avoid having this happen again and was able to get all contacts uploaded.

Overall, this tool is easy to implement and use and thanks to their support team which is avl 24/7 to help us. I used the tool during my internship, then I suggested the same to my current organization and hence, that's how we implemented it and now our whole team is using it and loving it.

Accepted a Free Trial & Saw What All The Fuss is About
I just accepted the free trial to see what everybody has been talking about it being a great and powerful tool for marketing, and I can attest now that I've seen, that I do agree 100%.
Pros
I like how it aligns most platforms with one another, nearly every other software available doesn't streamline the process of connecting all profiles. Most issues are caused by the time it takes to connect them all (like hoops you're made to jump through just to get to that point), I am always searching for a better "main hub" situation because each one, I've learned in my own experiences, that not one single platform, hub, account management, and otherwise, never do ALL that you need them to be able to do. One may do 15 things that the other doesn't but that one missing those 15 features may have the one feature that you really needed to lighten the load or something. Its always something or 5 things, but for the money EngageBay seems to be true to their word, and have nearly mastered the all-in-one hub
Cons
Cost, make it accessible for everyone, even consider a free option because more times than not, someone will desperately need the features that are restricted usually in free-trials or free plans, and end up buying regardless to satisfy that need.

Value, Efficiency and Productivity

DON'T BUY THIS SYSTEM!
As an example, the system is totally useless, I have spent two weeks trying to get by all the non logic functions and bugs to even send a newsletter. I can't even filter on the objects attached to a contact.
The Sync with Hubspot was a scam, we spent 20000€ to get our data over from Hubspot.
