Unlike other providers, you can call a UK number (Monday to Friday)and speak to the same operatives time and time again, who are extremely pleasant, efficient and helpful. Even at weekends if you have a problem, you can call and leave your number and they always call you back promptly. The initial setup was made so easy, and \[sensitive content hidden\] did everything she could to make it an easy transition from our last channel manager. > > **Cons**: It’s not 100% useable on mobile phones so we’ve had to buy an iPad with data roaming which we take with us when out of the office. > > Our overall experience with Caterbook has been a great one.
