> DriCloud is a cloud-based medical platform designed for small to medium size companies in a number of medical areas including plastic \&amp; aesthetic surgery, orthopedics, urology, general surgery, neurosurgery, cardiology, dermatology, pediatrics, physical therapy and urgent care. &#10;&#10;&#10;Main features of the system include custom EHR for every specialty with picture archiving systems, medical accounting, billing, patient scheduling, marketing, website and online appointments. APP for doctors and APP for patients are offered in IOS and Android.&#10;&#10;&#10;Users can input new patients on a single browser screen and can customize clinical history forms for patients’ needs. Forms can also include one or more pictures to paint. DriCloud software is able to issue drug prescriptions adapted to current legislation, anti-copy and traceability systems.&#10;&#10;&#10;DriCloud allows doctors to issue consent forms and let patients sign or cosign using iPads and tablets. DriCloud is powered by Microsoft Cloud and is a monthly subscription.

> Llevamos unos cinco años trabajando con DriCloud en Neurobidea (Pamplona, España) y, siendo totalmente sincero, para nosotros se ha convertido casi en un trabajador más. Nos ha ayudado muchísimo en la organización diaria de la clínica y en la forma de gestionar todo lo que implica un centro de neurorehabilitación.&#10;&#10;A nivel clínico, nos facilita muchísimo la gestión de pacientes, historiales y documentación.&#10;A nivel administrativo, tener las agendas, la facturación y toda la parte organizativa centralizada en un mismo sitio nos da una tranquilidad enorme y nos permite ser mucho más eficientes.&#10;&#10;Para una empresa en crecimiento como la nuestra, DriCloud ha sido —y sigue siendo— una herramienta clave. Hoy en día nos costaría muchísimo trabajar sin ella. Solo puedo decir que nos está dando oxígeno y que agradecemos de verdad todo lo que nos simplifica el día a día.

> **Pros**: Lo que más nos gusta es la estabilidad y la velocidad del software.&#10;&#10;Siempre funciona bien y sin errores.&#10;&#10;Ya que veníamos de otros software quedaba constantemente problemas.&#10;&#10;También nos gusta mucho el servicio de atención al cliente, siempre disponible y siempre de buen talante.&#10;&#10;Llevamos utilizándolo nueve años

> **Pros**: Adoro la praticità che ha per archiviare le storie cliniche dei pazienti. Il dottore ha già caricato tutto per renderlo più semplice e non perdere nulla.

> **Cons**: Dovrebbero migliorare la praticità per caricare le cose ed essere in grado di vederle. Il dipartimento UX dovrebbe migliorare la visita del paziente e del medico per poter accedere e caricare le informazioni pertinenti poiché è lento. è costoso pagare ogni mese. 87 euro non sono economici.

> Ammetto che è stata una bella esperienza. Mi sembra costoso, usa i due mesi gratuiti. È pratico per il medico/paziente ma non mi è piaciuto che ci siano solo due opzioni per il pagamento e il mancato pagamento non ha molti vantaggi e per il paziente non è una cosa così semplice. e attenzione a client dovrebbe migliorare poiché non era efficace.

> **Pros**: El software ya estaba instalado en la clinica cuando la he comprado. Por lo que decidí seguir usándolo. Funcionaba bien, pero un día me di cuenta que 3000 dolares anuales era muy caro para lo que ofrecían.

> **Cons**: Las personas que te atienden, la administración, son todos unos estafadores. Lo único que les importa es sacarte tu dinero. Es el software mas caro del mercado y si le pides un backup de tus pacientes y tus cuentas, te cobran 500 euros. Aprovechando que tienes todo en su nube.

> Les he avisado por correo electrónico y por teléfono que me iba de su plataforma ya que había conseguido otra por la tercera parte del costo. Les pedí un backup de toda la información que me cobraron 500 euros por hacerla y deje de usar su plataforma, seis meses antes de que termine el año que pague por adelantado. Cuando se cumple el año, intencionalmente y avalándose en el contrato, sabiendo que no usábamos su software, me cobraron 1719, 85 euros en mi tarjeta de crédito. Cuando los llame, me dijeron que debíamos dar de baja a través de la aplicación, claro no me lo dijeron antes para poder robarme un año mas. Es increíble que existan personas con tanta maldad. No les importa nada mas que el dinero.
