> **Pros**: The version I used at my last job, worked very well.  However, our challenge was always anticipating what would be needed next to best serve my clients.  The initial role-out was virtually flawless, and we got instant support - and no snippiness\! - when it was clear I had made a mistake.  But more important, we were prepared for anticipated necessary upgrades to our software.  Nor was the preparation general or vague.  We had very specific questions and we got very actionable responses, removing the last trace of anxiety about the product.  At no time did I feel that this was a vendor customer relationship.  They were part of us\!

> The call quality is crystal clear.  When I request updates, they complete them almost immediately.  If needed, a technician is on site - no questions asked.  There’s a phone at home for emergencies over the weekends.  Callifi makes it easy to run my business.  PLUS they even were able to get me my favorite ringtone from when I started my business.  Not sure what they can't do. &#10;&#10;I can not express in words how satisfied I am with Callifi. It has been such a pleasure to work with them. They do a fantastic job and they treat you like family.  I highly recommend
