They are always open to feedback and keep us very informed on new and updated features. The cost is very competitive and I feel like you get a very comprehensive system without blowing the budget. > > **Cons**: The only con I've run into is on the custom domains and the service fee to have one for each site. We have a large monthly donor base, and Funraise's functionality and security for recurring donations has supported this aspect of our fundraising so well. It integrates smoothly with many of the other digital platforms we use. They have a very slick marketing push that offers all these bells and whistles but when you dig in, they don't offer many standard things that others who don't charge offer. They charge extra for emails and their email editor is awful, very little ability to customize, add images, etc. Our drip campaign to donors will be way less attractive and effective using their emails. They require a complicated coding option to add foreign currencies and only offer progress bars on campaign pages, which are useless to us, and not on the forms themselves. Every single thing I've requested, I've been told they don't have that option or a complicated, user-unfriendly work around. > > Serious regret signing a multiple year contract.
