They have a very slick marketing push that offers all these bells and whistles but when you dig in, they don't offer many standard things that others who don't charge offer. They charge extra for emails and their email editor is awful, very little ability to customize, add images, etc. Our drip campaign to donors will be way less attractive and effective using their emails. They require a complicated coding option to add foreign currencies and only offer progress bars on campaign pages, which are useless to us, and not on the forms themselves. Every single thing I've requested, I've been told they don't have that option or a complicated, user-unfriendly work around. > > Serious regret signing a multiple year contract.
