Userlytics has been my user testing tool of choice for several years now. Their site is easy to use and inexpensive compared to other similar caliber user testing tools. It is effortless to set up a test, and they are very responsive to any requests or questions I have as I create my tests. It's also nice they have a card sort feature now. Few tools provide that. Userlytics has been able to help me test and find native speakers who also speak English in every country I have needed including South Africa, Japan, China, and Korea. They have made sure I have gotten quality testers which in turn has provided quality research. I have to re-enter it, but am able to get into the app afterwards. When I check the test invitations, completed tests, and missed invites, it does not appear, though I have done plenty of them in the past.
