Best tool to analyze our meetings

Wingman Notetaker is very helpful in automatically recording the calls and giving insights such as longest monologue, talk/listen ratio, etc. This really helps us to analyze our calls and improve the way we talk to people.

Pros

There are so many things that I like about Wingman. I am going to drill down to each feature that I like.Dashboard - Gives us an idea of how many calls were made and we can filter them as per the duration. We can sort them as per the talk/listen ratio and the longest monologue in a call. This gives us insights into what can be improved in further calls.Game Tapes - I use this a lot to help the new joiners understand how to handle objections by looking at the previous calls, how to pitch our product to the customers, how to position ourselves etc.Battlecards - I like how the battle cards pop up when we mention a competitor.Overall, Wingman is very easy to set up and you can almost see the results instantly on how it's going to help you analyze the calls and give you insights.

Cons

Sometimes, the dialects get mismatched and we can see that clearly when we go back and look at our call recordings. Although this rarely happens, there is still room for improvement to perfect this.

Best sales recorder tool out there

Overall, I my experience with wingman has been extremely positive, as evidenced by the following features such as :- Easy to use and navigate- Automatically logs calls, meetings, emails and other activities to create an automated sales record- Comprehensive integration with popular CRM systems - Robust tracking capabilities that allow users to track sales performance across multiple channels - Automated meeting scheduling

Pros

Wingman by [sensitive content hidden] is a fantastic sales recorder tool that makes it easy to keep track of my sales activities. It helps me manage my accounts and quickly set up calls with prospects and clients, making it much easier to close deals faster.

Cons

Some of the cons of wingman are the lack of customization and reporting features. However, this is offset by its easy setup process and user-friendly interface. The tool also provides users with unique features such as automated meeting scheduling and advanced tracking capabilities.

The right tool for analyzing customer calls. Must have for all customer facing teams!

Before using Wingman, the way we analyzed meetings was extremely subpar, especially lengthy hour-long meetings. Since we started using Wingman, we are able to capture better notes, understand and analyze the call better, and more concise action points are derived. This will both benefit both external and internal stakeholders. The important discussions can be trimmed and game tapes are created, these game tapes can be used for internal sharing, and recording and would also be extremely helpful in the future for reference.

Pros

The Sales and Customer Success teams in our Organization use Wingman and since we started using the tool our processes have been streamlined and the way we analyze lengthy hour-long calls has changed for good. For me personally, the game tape feature is really valuable, with the game tapes, you can cut long calls into tiny bits and share them internally with your team.Example - Cut a piece of video where the customer talks about a feature request and share this tape with your Product managers.

Cons

A few things that I feel can be improved,- The transcript isn't particularly accurate. Sometimes, simple words/sentences spoke may not be correctly captured, often there's an inaccuracy.- There's a feature that allows you to skip to the next speaker or the previous speaker. Sometimes, this does not work very accurately. The recording takes you to an incorrect speaker.

Wingman won't let me miss a thing

I like it a lot. We used to rely only on Salesloft recording which was't so stable and hard to use and had to script and learn from it all manually. Wingman has changed it.

Pros

Ability to analyze and review my calls. I get inside insights and can improve my calls next time

Cons

I would like to connect it directly to my CRM and to Saleslofrt

A great product to Review and Analyze meetings

Pros

Mine is a customer facing role and I have virtual meetings on a daily basis. The recording helps in making my Notes perfect and highlights some important discussions that happened on the call. Also, sometime we may have to skip calls, at those times wingman recording is your best buddy.

Cons

I don't have anything to say except for the transcript, often it doesn't pick the right words. Definitely, there should be improvement to make it better.

Great product for those looking for an alternative to Gong

Pros

Great customer support. The product is easy on the eyes and fairly easy to navigate. Love the desktop extension feature along with the ability to turn on/off recording for calls. Also, like how it auto records for external calls.

Cons

The talk to listen ratio could be a bit better maybe. Not sure if it factors in when a Sales/CSM person is doing a presentation/deep dive which may require them to talk more than the customer.

Great tool for recording meetings and coaching

Gives us recordings and transcripts which lets us go back on any info missed. It saved a deal where I misheard a client and estimated a price for the year which she took as per month. After reviewing the recording I realized the miscommunication and reached out to the prospect to clarify.

Pros

Let's me know if I've been speaking too long (monologing). We also have access to battle cards that pop up when we mention a competitor. I have a tendency to be long winded, this has helped me by also prompting to ask a question if I've been speaking too long

Cons

On the transcripts it sometimes attributes words spoken to the wrong person. If I were to read the transcripts alone I may get confused if I'm an outsider who wasn't on the call.

Highly recommend for sales teams

I've used Wingman at previous organizations and was involved with implementing wingman into our sales tech stack at my current company. I've used a few other call recording platforms and Wingman has been the best quality and cost-effective tool. I highly recommend Wingman for any sales manager, individual quota-carrying contributors, or any member of sales organizations looking to review, analyze, and give feedback on sales conversations that happen by phone or video call.

Pros

Wingman is an excellent tool for sales teams to listen back and review sales calls. They have great integrations with platforms like Google, Zoom, HubSpot, Microsoft, and others to ensure all sales calls in multiple channels are captured and recorded.

Cons

Some of the transcriptions are inaccurate. Like any technology, especially one analyzing voice and speech, there is room for error. This ultimately did not impact our decision to still use Wingman.

Great, affordable, reliable call recording software

Fantastic! I really like their product, customer service, and pricing. Wingman is a great software that just keeps getting better, and they genuinely care about your success.

Pros

The simplicity of setup, use, and customer service. Wingman's product is great, and they keep enhancing the features every month, from ways to organize the content, to improving desktop app functionality.

Cons

There are times that it can take a few minutes to add Wingman to a call once it's already started. This only happens when Wingman is not already on a call. This can sometimes allow content to be missed on the recording, which can be difficult at times.

Great for teams of SDRs

Coaching SDRs is more streamlined with Wingman. AI/Machine Learning helps find the essential parts to focus on for conversations.

Pros

The most impactful features are call recording, transcription, and AI/Machine Learning. The product is easy to use, basically plug and play. Integration with our existing business processes for coaching and using Zoom was easy.

Cons

I feel the development team could improve the call processing time. There are a lot of features to tune for your organization and battle cards that are difficult to use.

Pros

The ease of use and the transcription feature are my favourites. It seamlessly syncs with your calendar and all your meeting are automatically recorded. Being able to create Battlecards and game tapes on the admin platform is also a huge plus. Wingman is slowly becoming part of our onboarding curriculum for sales and CS folks.

Cons

Transcription might not be perfect.. that's understandable given different accents and dialects. I also feel there should be an option for folks to disable it while joining for a call.

Pros

I don't have the time to be on every sales call to learn about our customers and see what they're comparing us against in the market. Wingman helps to consolidate this information easily with filtered searches and keywords.

Cons

Can't add multiple teams to battle cards or remove the battle card category. We are a large company with multiple teams that need assigning to very different intel on the same competitors product-depending, so I'm not entirely certain they're the best fit for all "enterprise" companies.

A great digital assistant

It's made my job so much less stressful. I no longer have to be worried about my notes making sense or missing information when people talk too fast and having them repeat it. Instead, I can be fully present on my calls and go back to listen for any information I may have missed.

Pros

Integration was really seamless and our clients seem to understand why we are using Wingman. For client management, Wingman has helped dramatically with reviving a stalled project or better understanding complex needs and requests. Having the ability to listen back, watch back, and see a transcript gives me flexibility for all of my client needs.

Cons

I really wish there was a simple sentence that let people know on a call that Wingman is not a person--it's a note-taking app. Even if the name in zoom was changed to "Wingman note-taker" or something like that so we don't have to spend the first few minutes of every call anecdotally talking about what wingman is.

Great tool for any sales team

Wingman has been my sidekick since we brought it on. A must-have for any sales team.

Pros

My favorite feature is the battle cards that you can save and configure to pop up when certain keywords are mentioned on a call.

Cons

So far I have not experienced any issues. Wingman has been very easy to adopt and works great with our existing sales stack!

Wingman, a vital member of our team.

Pros

Wingman automatically joins our calls, very easy to use, funny icebreaker to have an AI in the call.

Cons

So far so good. I haven't come across any issues yet.

Great solution for Deal Management & Call Coaching

This is a critical tool as part of our sales tech stack. We love the integration with Salesforce and Clari and ability to keep track of both calls and demos. I personally spend at least 2 hours a day using Wingman to review calls, look at deal energy and score my teams calls to provide them instant feedback.

Pros

We use this every day. We keep track of call performance and share links to recordings with our prospects. We also can use the deals central to track deal energy and score calls for sales coaching

Cons

Subtle improvements to deal management, more specifically visibility into email communications. It would be great to listen into live calls as well.

Wingman - true to its name

Pros

1. Call transcription2. Call Insights3. Battle Cards4. Game Tapes

Cons

It shows up as a participant in the call which sometimes maybe suspectful for the client. We have to provide info to the client that we have our notetaker app in the call. If Wingman could work discreetly, that would be good.

I like how i can go back and review the calls i have as well as my team. I also like the capability of being able to see the time of how long each person speaks.

Cons

I do not like that is asks the prospect if they can be recorded.

Amazing tool for coaching, training, and project management!

My experience from the sales process to onboarding to fully using the platform has been world-class and would highly recommend anyone bring on Wingman to their sales org

Pros

Where do I begin? Wingman has made my life as Head of Sales Enablement so much easier and more effective. My favorite feature is having the ability to create game tapes and snipping them directly from the transcript instead of previously using screen recording tech to replay and capture that moment again. Another one of my favorite features is having the ability to create a snippet and/or add a comment and send that particular part directly to a channel or person in Slack. This has helped our org out tremendously when it comes to managing projects. Last thing that I think goes un-noticed is when you download the desktop app you can actually bookmark parts of a live call you are in and then easily go back to that moment. That might be the biggest feature you cant live without if you are always on Zoom Calls and want to remember a particular part in the call

Cons

from what I've experienced so far there hasn't been something that has popped up yet that I think they need to add. Wingman has been a terrific product

Reasons for Choosing Clari Copilot

Mainly bcuz of the ability to create a game tape simply by highlighting the transcript and sending comments within a call directly through Slack

Winman - Review

Keeping meeting notes, recorded calls and videos are very helpful for future references. It helps a lot in follow-ups, sharing training content, and review submissions.

Pros

The call recording feature is a fantastic tool for reviewing calls, seeing talking percentages with clients & sending the videos to them afterwards if needed. The Transcript feature is the cherry on the cake, helps to maintain meeting notes easily.

Cons

Nothing as of now. All the features are working as expected and getting the most out of it.

Great for SDRs!

Fantastic, very streamlined and easy to use and see the value

Pros

I love using Wingman! As an SDR it's super helpful to have every call recorded and transcribed. I love being able to see the transcription and skim read very quickly to remind myself what was said on a given call, keep my notes updated, share intel on an account with the AE before the demo etc.

Cons

The only issues I've had is sometimes wingman doesn't automatically join on my zoom calls right away, and it joins in the middle of the call. That makes it kind of awkward and breaks the flow of conversation. It's only happened a couple times and I've alerted the Wingman team to this bug.

Best call recording tool!

Wingman is helping us a lot to increase our call quality by listening to and evaluating our employees. It also saves so much time for our admins. When there's a question agent cannot answer, we can simply do that part of the recording and send it to relevant teams. It's a must-have tool for any company that has sales/bd teams.

Pros

It almost correctly transcripts any accent. Saves us so much time for our admins and helps us to evaluate our calls and employees.

Cons

It's only missing one feature. I'd like to put a limitation on who can listen to the calls.

Amazing UX, great team, company on the rise!

Mostly handoffs amongst different departments, sales coaching, as well as onboarding for new employees.

Pros

The UX of Wingman competes with some of the best in their class. Best bang for your buck, and willing to help fellow startups on pricing packages that adjust to your growth potential. From the beginning, the sales team was understanding, and at no point did we feel pressure on signing a contract. We first analyzed other platforms, and they all seemed to want to pressure us into signing even though timing didn't make sense at the time. Props to the entire sales team regarding this point. Furthermore, they actively listen to our needs and are improving the platform adjusting to their customer's needs.

Cons

For right now, Wingman can't transcribe Spanish voice (which is the core of our business). Raised this point to our sales rep, and a request has been put forth in order to prioritize this request in their product roadmap.

Pretty good product with a strong future

Our team was looking for a way to consolidate and transcribe our client interactions in one single place. the setup was very slick, and when we did need support, the team was very professional and fast at recognizing and resolving our needs,

Pros

The tool allows automatic recording, and consolidation of our phone calls, google meets, and zoom calls in one place, and treats them the same - a client interaction is presented for each type!

Cons

the Wingman API is a bit primitive, but it does serve its intended purpose. Could use some expansion to better integrate with additional 3rd party or home-grown tools

Best Sales Interaction platform available in the market

The overall experience has been great. It's a wonderful tool for managing the sale interaction process end to end. The insights offered are valuable both to the AE as well as the manager who is alerted whenever a deal is at risk and is offered suggestions. Can be used as a wonderful coaching tool too.

Pros

I really like how can after a call I can go in and view the recordings seamlessly of the entire sales interaction, the insights that give throughout the journey of the entire sales call are valuable. We can view the recordings on the go whenever we like to check if we are missing out on any important detail. The amazing part is, if for some reason you cannot listen to the call, you have an option to read it as well and make your observations. Overall, I love it!

Cons

There's nothing to dislike, to be honest, I really enjoy working with this tool. I want more people to know about it and take advantage of this tool for managing their sales function.

Cheap and Amazing!

Sushma was very helpful and quick to respond to any of the questions.
Their support team is also amazing and very quick!

Pros

The product is very user-friendly. The onboarding was very fast since they have quick, straight to the point videos that help you to learn how to use the system.
Reviewing the calls; categorizing the parts of the calls to help the sales onboarding and overall the improvement of the sales team when it comes to objections is my favorite part of the system.
I truly believe it can be used not only for sales teams, but for each client-facing department.

Cons

Transcript can be improved a little bit.
