I love being able to gather our deliveries and make routes easily on one dashboard. They are constantly updating and making the platform better and more efficient. It has improved our delivery times, increased transparency, and given our customers an easy way to track their deliveries and returns. The returns process is very easy to use and saves a lot of time going back and forth between customers. Customers are also given a dashboard where they can pull invoices, credits, and set up alerts for ETA and follow the driver on the route. > > **Cons**: The only thing I find a little hard to use is the driver app. It can be a little confusing for new drivers. This may also be just user issue. > > I have been very happy with Elite EXTRA and constantly tell other people about it. I won't ever go back to not using this platform in the wholesale business.
