About Adobe Workfront

Adobe Workfront is a collaborative work management solution that addresses the challenges of disconnected teams, siloed tools, and the relentless pace of enterprise work. Workfront includes capabilities to capture and plan, assign and execute, and deliver and measure work in a variety of use cases for organizations of all sizes and in all industries. With Workfront, these organizations can prioritize the right work, quickly identify bottlenecks, automate processes, and deliver measurable outcomes. At every stage of planning and executing work, Adobe Workfront enables the business capabilities companies need to scale and win in the market, all in one collaborative platform. Adobe Workfront also allows organizations to: • Collaborate, manage review and approval cycles, and automate project workflows—whether they’re in the office or on the go, and all without leaving the context of their work. • Centralize IT work and manage critical projects more iteratively and with greater fidelity to plan, schedule, and budget. • Set realistic expectations—and meet or exceed them—with features like task and resource management, capacity planning, Gantt charts, and time tracking. • Take advantage of portfolio optimization and business case tools to focus on the right work and implement the most advantageous plans. • Manage resources to balance workloads, reduce burnout, and enable accurate forecasting, capacity planning, and decision making. • Compare multiple scenarios to optimize goal achievement and then make data-driven decisions (or quickly pivot to seize new opportunities) based on impact. • Consolidate incoming requests into a single queue for easy prioritization—and then manage tasks in a single, social media-inspired view. • Leverage templates to standardize business processes, increase efficiency and compliance, and avoid recreating the wheel. Unlike many other work management tools, Workfront is a robust solution that can serve enterprise-level needs. Workfront has been named the market leader in Collaborative Work Management by multiple analyst firms for nearly a decade running. Workfront is sold globally in the Americas, EMEA, and Australia/New Zealand and boasts more than 3,000 customers and more than 1,000,000 users representing brands large and small in virtually every industry. Workfront integrates with Adobe Creative Cloud (including Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and XD) and natively integrates with Adobe Experience Manager Assets and Assets Essentials for end-to-end content lifecycle orchestration. A dedicated integration platform, Workfront Fusion, is also available separately to facilitate integration with virtually any modern cloud-based application. Workfront is a fully cloud-based system that is sold on a subscription basis. Different plans and user licenses are available to support a variety of enterprise configurations and needs. Workfront implementation is customized to each customer’s requirements, so professional services (delivered either through Adobe Customer Solutions or our extensive network of partners) are required. Free resources to support product use and value realization are available in Experience League, Adobe’s enterprise customer success platform. These resources include documentation, curated courses, tutorials and guides, and product-specific communities of practice. Additional paid training options are available through Adobe Digital Learning Services, and higher levels of support can be purchased through dedicated support plans.

Yes!!!!!!!!!!

Very satisfactory. Can’t imagine another product meeting the needs of our org with so many workflows and such complex data needs. Incredible customer service and training resources. Incredibly helpful annual conference for users and potential buyers.

Pros

Workfront is a fantastic, adaptable project and resource management system. If you have diverse needs across your org or company, it is the product for you. It can be fully adapted to very disparate teams. I find new features and functionality every day.

Cons

Because it’s so able-to-be-tailored, a high-quality implementation can take a looong time, but their implementation services are fantastic

Workfront simplifies project and job routing

I use Workfront on a daily basis, for the better part of each day. When I submit proofs to clients, they have the option to read the proof, make any comments or suggestions they have, or decide whether or not the proof should be authorized. The tools that are located at the top of the page may be used by the customer with ease to highlight or point to what they want altered.

Pros

I enjoy that the dashboard makes it simple to view the tasks on which I have been tasked to work as well as the due dates for those projects. I am able to view the approvals that are waiting, as well as my to-do list, which helps me keep my job on track.

Cons

The calendar function on their website is not to my liking. It does not function very well, and it makes it tough to view your projects within a monthly timeline, which is something that is incredibly crucial for a content team to achieve.

My experience with Adobe Workfront has been excellent. The platform offers strong tools for...

i solve different problem easly like related with my work

Pros

Scalability is one of Adobe Workfront's finest features. It is made to easily adapt to changes in your business and to be able to support teams of any size and complexity. This makes it ideal for teams that develop and change over time. The software includes a ton of features that make it simple to manage and keep track of tasks and is highly user-friendly. It also features a strong reporting system that can assist you in finding areas that need development right away. Last but not least, Adobe Workfront provides top-notch customer service and a skilled support staff that can assist you if you ever need it.

Cons

The absence of customization possibilities in Adobe Workfront is its main drawback. Despite the platform's wide range of functionality, it might be challenging to tailor the program to match certain requirements. Some firms may find the expense of the program to be prohibitive. Users may find the user interface to be perplexing and illogical, which makes it challenging for them to quickly learn and comprehend the product.

Flexible and easy to use for project management

Whether it's for document management, content management, project management or reporting, Workfront is flexible and easy to create and implement. There is so much you can do with Workfront across all it's features it really can be used for any industry or company size, the bigger the company, the more you can do with it.

Pros

Having templates for each project without all the jargon in a simple and easy layout was a winner - especially when you have to roll this out to project managers and creatives. Some project management platforms are intimidating and are not easy to review. I really like the reporting function on this and it's easy to build. It's so flexible, you can create dashboards and multiple reports with different layouts (ie lists, graphs etc) that it makes looking at everything super easy and easy to communicate with stakeholders. The proofing on here is brilliant, just like marking up a pdf, you can do the same thing here and you can track everything.

Cons

Not being able to have automatic notifications sent out to general users when you add them to a task. It means you have to do it separately which negates the point of having a project management tool.
