Recognition is linked to specific behaviors that demonstrate and exemplify company values and service standards, which serves to sustain an organizational culture. The program also facilitates and encourages peer-to-peer recognition and team-based recognition. The layout resembles popular social media websites so navigation is intuitive and no user training is needed. Ease of use supports rapid adoption. The ability of users to customize profiles with gender-neutral avatars or profile photos allow staff authentic self-expression and supports diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace. Translation services allow users to further customize their experience. The technology is reliable and we rarely experience technical issues (which are always minor). Reporting is one of the standout features of this software, with useable insights delivered dashboard style.
