Keeping track of billable hours and total productivity is made very easy by the platform's ability to log hours spent on specific research projects. Finding it possible to sort time entries by project and task was especially helpful for me because it makes it clear how resources are being used for different study projects. Creating detailed reports quickly is another great feature. These reports show how time is being spent and how the project is going, which is very important for making sure that goals are met, and resources are used well.
Easy entry is another great thing about the platform. I could easily access the platform on different devices, whether I was working from the office or from home.

Cons

Although the platform has helpful reporting tools, it would be better if users could customize reports to meet their specific research needs. Furthermore, the process of okaying time entries can sometimes feel a bit complicated, especially when there are a lot of tasks and team members involved.

I tested Timesheets about a year ago when I was very frustrated with the QBO time tracking, which was slowing down my computer. Timesheets was a huge relief. It is easy to use, fast to export to QBO billing, and the support has always been responsive and helpful. I also love that I can have timer open for several clients at a time, making it easy to pause a timer for one client to start a new timer for another (and easily switch between client timers during the day.)

At first the UI was not terrific, but they've released a new UI that's much nicer. It is still simple to use, but just nicer to look at with a larger font.

Since I'm not the most savvy person with technology, I find the support I receive from Timesheets outstanding. I've had to call in on several occasions when I was trying to locate information on a past employee or other various needs. I most recently spoke with Bob who was highly knowledgeable and was able to guide me through the process to achieve what I needed.

What I like most about Timesheets is the support. [sensitive content hidden] walked us through every stage of implementation step-by-step and trained our staff. I also talked to other reps on the Timesheets team while researching the best system and found everyone to be equally helpful. Great team. The cost of the service can't be beat. Not only is the per employee fee less than half (and sometimes a quarter) of the cost of other systems. Timesheets is not the most beautiful interface out there, but it works well and meets our needs. The smart phone interface is good and useful and having Timesheets has streamlined our timekeeping and expense process.

The interface with QuickBooks isn't perfect and we had to employ some work-arounds that make the tool a little harder to work with. The portal is fairly intuitive, but not as nice looking as some others out there. The separation of PTO and project time is inconvenient for users and administrators.

The depth of the software as a tool for tracking employee or subcontractor time, mileage, or expenses is truly impressive. As an accountant with a variety of clients, I have seen many different needs and wants for software of this kind. Every question I could ask, every hypothetical situation I could imagine, there was a way for Timesheets.com to fulfill those needs. Its feature set has been well-designed, making it ready to overcome any challenge.

Until one receives training on how to use Timesheets.com, its interface is not _immediately_ intuitive. After training, it makes sense and is impressive. The slight learning curve is a barrier to adopting it.

They helped fix my issue with uploading the payroll report into Heartland which has significantly cut down the time it takes to process payroll now!

Timesheets.com presents itself as a very easy to use / navigate. It has been incorporated within our department for several years and touched upon by multiple staff members. There is minimal training required and instills the ability to track various items, such as PTO and various jobs.

Timesheets.com can work on developing a more automated process and time templates in a way employee times from previous weeks can be used if identical to prevent manual entry of hours. It can also work on integration with the most popular softwares and calendars based on user request.

I love the product itself for time tracking, vacation tracking, easy view of who is working but it was also easy for our team members to use. We have been using it for a long time, so I felt fairly familiar with it, but if I ever had questions, the customer service was quick to respond, and always happy to walk me through the task.
