Great product for our sales team

Pros

It's an incredible tool that is going to help us expand our inside sales team as we look to establish a call center to bring in more appointments for our account executives.

Pros

Yonyx organizes, stores, sorts and returns data relevant for a particular context of decision making process easily and smoothly. Has an easy dashboard to work with in data mining techniques which provides the objective information needed to make decisions about project management environment. Generally makes the goal to generating strong association in decision making possible at no extra cost.

Cons

Troubleshooting was a major challenge for us. We worked our way through with the help of the support team. Things are going well now.

One of the best business decisions we have made in 26 years!

My onboarding with [sensitive content hidden] has been the best onboarding experience anyone could ask for, he is extremely knowledgeable, problem solver, patient and an excellent teacher!

Pros

We can be consistent in what should be said to our clients with customized decisions tree scripts. I can take my 21 year of experience and troubleshoot the problem with Yoynx decision trees to help our staff answers questions with out management. It can be customized for almost an application you can conceive. We will also be integrating with Striven software for smoother customer service experience.

Cons

Essential Platform for Business!

Overall, I have had a super positive experience with Yonyx! I feel that a system like this is crucial and essential for all companies to utilize in their processes for the greater functionality and efficiency of their business operations!

Pros

I love the navigation of the system, and how user-friendly the interface is! Yonyx allows simplistic access to the information required on the Sales Flow process of business, and is a major organizational tool for all pertinent information for our company. The display of information is also customizable, making this appearance of the information presented easy to read and navigate for each of our department work flows. It is by far the most manageable, adaptable, and easily operated system I have worked with for Call Flow purposes.

Cons

The only thing I do wish that was available on Yonyx would be an outline or Table of Contents on the left side of the platform, which would allow easy and immediate access into different work flows without having to start over from the beginning and would allow access to direct links into the correct "step" of where one may need to be at any given time. I think that would make the interface incomparable in the market of systems alike.

YOnxNX best call recording service if used at any employer

haven't had any issues, recording are always clear, the transcript is very accurate

the things I like the most is it breaks down the talk time % from both sides of conversation and transcript

Pros

It is very easy to use for us CSR's. You can set it up all in one screen with the new update instead of clicking into different tabs.

Cons

Sometimes there will bugs in the system from updates, it get resolved in a fast manner to allow us ( CSR ) to keep pushing forward.

Yonyx for contact center

Pros

Guided call flow is a great help for my agents when taking calls. While Yonyx helping in proper flow, it is also helping in many places decision taking is critical. It has reduced tremendous amount of effort in daily activities.

Cons

I faced a bit challenge when I am trying to format text in reference guides. It took lot of time for me to select each word or sentence and select required formatting. I think it may be helpful in making it little easier.

Also, it would be great help if Yonyx can integrate with microsoft power apps.
