The support system currently in place is grossly insufficient and reflects a complete disregard for the customers you serve. > > Caretime appears to operate with minimal staffing while being responsible for assisting thousands of customers. As a result, customer service is almost non-existent. Any attempt to resolve an issue is met with excessively long wait times, delayed responses, or no response at all. This is not only frustrating but entirely unacceptable for a company of your size and responsibility. When contact is finally made, the experience only worsens. The individual responsible for handling billing matters has consistently demonstrated unprofessional behavior, a lack of basic customer service skills, and an apparent absence of respect for customers.
