One of the best sofphone options for linux
In general lines, linphone offers quality sofphone software, easy to use and configure and that complements the basic and main function: Being able to make calls. We use it on several machines and the few problems that have arisen are because depending on the operating system the available version changed. This was confusing as it moved certain buttons, such as the on-screen keyboard. For the rest, it is a software that we use in more than 40 machines, 10 hours a day and it works wonderfully
Pros
- Easy to install
- Easy to use
- Easy to configure: In a few steps we can leave it operational and configured with the account of our SIP service
- Friendly interface
- Ease of having several SIP accounts within the same program and being able to exchange them very quickly.
Cons
- Different types of versions depending on the version of linux
- Limited agenda
- We occasionally had compatibility issues between sound codecs and computer, but very rarely

A fair to use VoIP product
Excellent & fast to use.
Pros
The pricing of the software is quite cheaper than other softwares available in the market. Once you get use to is, it is quite easy to use and configure. The entire calling experience can be customized easily if there is no one to attend the call. Just drag and drop customization.
Cons
You would need to install a 3rd party software to enable the bridging for the software to work. The after sales is not that supportive though. Would recommend to go through their chats instead of the person who you deal with during the software purchase.

Cons
1- It doesn't have a call forward button.
2- Requires a reboot if we change the USB media devices, especially the microphone.
3- Supports a few languages only, no Arabic support.

Good communication software
It is a great software that allows a sales and customer service team to carry out the daily work. Beyond being easy to use, it allows you to record the work of employees.
Pros
It allows me to make outgoing calls and monitor the recent call log.
Cons
Sometimes it happens to us in some computers that the software does not respond and we must restart the entire computer and not just the program.

Outdated but gets the job done type of service
Using it in the interim until we make a switch to another more up to date service.
Pros
It's simple. No fluff. Someone calls. You hear a ring. Dial a number. It calls. There are no bells and whistles.
Cons
There are no bells and whistles. It's about as old school as it gets. Very outdated aesthetic and features. Each caller is given a special ID # that is long and unidentifiable.

Es un buen softphone
Excelente experiencia.
