Simple Cost Saving Way to Plan Complicated Routes
It's been great so far, would be even happier if the above functions could be added.
Pros
It is user friendly both on the admin and user side. It has cut our dispatch/scheduling work load down more than half, which allows us to focus on other important items.
Cons
I would prefer to be able to circle locations on a map so I can mark them as a first priority. Also need a simple way to enter recurring breaks.

STAY AWAY FROM THEM
They are like scammers( increase the price without let you know). They increase our price from $200/month to $700 month> We called them numerous times and they refuse to give us the money back.
Pros
Its a cool tool for routes. I like the software but crazy expensive and people act like scammers
Cons
Ridiculous expensive
Not good customer care

Market Leading Fleet Management Software with Unparalleled Support
Phenomenal. From initial scoping and sales through to day-to-day support and account management, they have helped us every step of the way.
Pros
Route optimisation is great, dashboarding is great, data capture is great, features on offer are endless - but well thought out rather than added as an afterthought. However, above all the support is second to none. I have never experienced the degree of responsiveness and aid that Route4Me provides to its customers, they are always available, and should anything critical go wrong, are able to remedy things almost immediately. I couldn't recommend them higher!
Cons
Most definitely a stretch, but if I had to choose, I would appreciate a larger database of traffic data for Australia as it pertains to ETAs - it might help to use existing databases rather than capture over time internally.

Logistic solution
Helpful and efficient
Pros
Customer service has been amazing. They are available by phone, chat or email. Response is quick and helpful. Loading new routes is fast and easy to navigate
Cons
Would like to be able to customize a route that is specific to our companies needs without having to manually optimize the route. It might be optimized for some industries but it doesn't always work the best for our usage.

Route4me Review
Pros
Great features such as Smart Zones and Optimized Routes. Helped me a lot to organize areas and attribute to each driver. Great support team also, have been very privileged to be taken care of by [sensitive content hidden]. Thanks!
Cons
I think the price is a bit high for my liking, specially since you need to buy each feature separate, making the subscription expensive. Perhaps you should offer more package options to the client or a discount program based on the number of functionalities paid for in the subscription.

I couldn’t live without this routing program
I really like this routing program. I wish it would integrate with our field service program
Pros
I really like that this route‘s the most efficient way to go from one stop to the next on my daily routes and if I run into a problem customer support is very quick to correct a problem on the map
Cons
Sometimes I can’t get a job to show up on the route where it supposed to. When I need to rearrange the jobs it will throw one job way out in left field so to speak and all but ignore it. And then I have to report it as a problem on the map so customer service can fix it for me

Pros

After 4 year it’s gotten worse
4 years ago I would have said good for the price now I think it’s terrible and actively looking for new companies and have told probably 100 other garbage company owners to stay clear it’s not worth it
Pros
In the beginning for one driver it was functional and a good price but isn’t good for bigger companies with more then one truck.
Cons
The routing isn’t great with wrong locations and routes that don’t make sense
Not a lot of great features and not able to turn features on and off.
Terrible customer support, best way to get a response is by submitting a ticket forget about talking to anyone and most of the time I’m just told we can’t help but that’s a good idea we will submit for consideration.
The functionality is poor and is-meant for small companies with minimal stops. Once we got a lot of stops and multiple truck the quality went down big time and price skyrocketed

Too cumbersome
It’s too cumbersome. I want to go from one address to the next, I’m not stopping at each location, I’m passing by doing a visual inspection. So all the questions, are ridiculous, it would be much more user friendly if the app simply prompted the next address with the map, and poof! Problem solved.
Pros
That I can put in a number of addresses.
Cons
Waaaaay too cumbersome. Waaay too many questions between accessing the next address.

Route4me review
Route4Me had made it possible for us to continue home deliveries and not spend entire days of man power trying to figure it out with google maps or something. The customization has been key. The donation of the app for our non-profit for several months has been a blessing.
Pros
That we can easily and quickly create routes with multiple stops for our drivers and reduces wait times for our clients by being able to call ahead.
Cons
We need to maximize our volunteer power without burning them out, so we have to edit a lot to get the number of stops down an in an efficient patterns for our drivers.

BCARTER- review
In using Route4Me, it does save us a substantial amount of time in routing very large networks.Overall, it is a good program, that would be great with some added features.
Pros
Creating route process is fairly easy from the address book.Moving locations from route to route in route maps is extremely helpful, however if the dates for the route are different this is not as easy, as the dates need to line up. When using the same routes daily, we need to ensure the dates are lined up. Uploading addresses is easy using spreadsheets
Cons
When using the program to create multiple driver routes for large areas, it tends to have multiple routes attend same locations, thus not being very efficient.Address book/routed addresses need to be updated in address book and each route location is routed in order to make any adjustments to the address/alias etc. Would be way more convenient to be able to update the address book and changes to reflect all routed stops for location.Search bar sometimes needs to be very specific to quickly access information

Route4Me for meal kit logistics.
Pros
Ability to adjust our own routes to suit day-to-day deliveries with on the fly adjustments. Adding 'custom data' is another huge pro - as a lot of the business needs revolve around creating files with run data. With the feature manager we can choose the specific addOns that we specifically require.Route4Me's support staff are incredible - there has never been any issue left unresolved.
Cons
For general housekeeping we remove routes weekly and because of this the Dashboard becomes irrelevant as we cannot track our progress longterm. This could potentially be an internal issue, and not Route4me's, as there is probably some functionality with the API that can be used to export the data into a local dashboard on a week by week basis.
