> **Pros**: 123worx is the only construction management software (besides the specialty software for design and takeoff) we are using for managing our projects, running the complete business side as well as collaboration between stakeholders i.e., employees, trade partners, suppliers, and clients.    

- Easy to use  

- Allows custom configuration to fit our business processes  

- Sales Management (CRM) engages with the potential client from first interaction and manages it all the way to completion of construction  

- Switching from sales to project management only takes one click. We like that fact that we don’t have to reenter any data. All the information flows from Sales to Project.  

- You pick the features you need and pay only for those features  

- Has over three dozen features that we use for design \& build, renovations, custom homes and commercial development  

- Integrates with our favorite software - Office 365
