Customer service was inconsistently responsive. I had to follow up on emails to get a response. I was told to enter transactions manually but found that the system didn't manually import transactions with all of the necessary info. Eventually, Plaid seemed to stop working on the issue because I didn't get a follow-up communication for a month. Hurdlr refused to give me a partial refund because I was "6 months" into the subscription, even though I had kept the subscription that long because I was trying to collaborate with them on finding a solution. I switched over to QuickBooks and it immediately uploaded all of my bank transactions over the last year. Less user friendly but after you learn how it works a more robust system overall with much more reliable bank integration. > > Some benefits, but bank integration didn't work with local credit union. Customer service wouldn't provide me with a partial refund despite this failure.
