Very good platform and customer service is always quick to reply/action
Pros
Ease of adding consignments for competitive tendering without needing to send separate emails to freight forwarders. The platform works well for searching on past entries and generally tidies up the process overall - which would otherwise be done more manually
Cons
Freight forwarders do not update their shipments on the platform (not Cargobase issue).

RFQ and copy shipment and attachments....
Cons
I don't like not abling to attach a file after making an RFQ, could be a provider requested extra details of shipment, not necessarily changing RFQ weight and dimensions.

Cargo Base in my routine
• Reduce the time the approvals.
• The user can check the process about request approvals and sometimes the tracking.
•I think that CB need to improve other report where the information cross about the invoice for carrier, the QR that the user selected the QR that we not book and the first cost and final cost
Pros
• Is very easy to use is very friendly.
• You can use for any device.
• You have the support 27/7.
• CB sometimes can help to do some modifications in order that your company can has the control
Cons
• I think missing some work instruction on the platform.
• The updates for the prices are not reflect in the final amount and this is a very important point.
• The app into the cell phone does not work very well I prefer open my search engine and do my activity.
