About ABELDent
ABELDent is a clinic and practice management solution designed for dental practices of all sizes and specialties. It is available in three versions such as ABELDent CS, ABELDent LS+ and ABELDent LS. ABELDent Cloud Server (CS) application has a modern interface and runs locally, allowing easy integration with third-party imaging software. Live ABELDent data is fully protected in the Microsoft Azure and updates are automatically downloaded from the cloud.
Practices with poor or limited internet access can choose either ABELDent LS+ or ABELDent LS where the application and live practice data reside on-site. The LS+ version offers the same modern interface and automatic downloading of updates as ABELDent CS while the LS version provides a more traditional interface and update procedure.
All versions include automated patient communication, appointment scheduling, treatment management, electronic claims, and advanced reporting. The charting function includes an odontogram display and custom clinical note templates and also offers integration with administrative functions and automated data entries. Its appointment scheduler can serve as the administrative hub for performing daily tasks.
ABELDent LS+ and ABELDent CS also provide a patient manager module that manages tasks by tracking patients in real-time as they move through different stages of their visit. It also includes a patient dashboard which displays all key patient demographics and historical profiles in one location.

Abeldent LS+
I have been a client with Abeldent for more than 35years and from their business office to technical support they have always been a pleasure to work with. The new Abeldent LS+ has been easy to learn and adapt to, all of our staff have taken to it very quickly.
Pros
Installation was seamless. Tutorials and education provided was easy to follow. In house training the best! Support always helpful and available.
Cons
Needs more information on the business end for accounting. Daily Summarized Totals need to break down as previous programs did. Grand Totals of patients accounts not available in financials.

Amazing Upgrade!
Pros
The new AbleDent Cloud has been such a wonderful upgrade for our small, growing dental practice! The many new features have allowed us to take our practice to the next level. Our favorite feature is the patient side toolbar that allows you to see all patient information clearly and concisely. (contact information, insurance information, medical alerts, financial status...etc... it's all there!)
The automated cloud backup is a huge time saver for us. Also our patients have been absolutely loving the built in text messaging program!
Cons
We haven't experienced any cons that the amazing support team has not been able to address or work on for us!

ABLE Abel
Simple and user friendly but also have very advance features for techy Practitioners
Pros
It has been around for so long and keeps updating itself with current practice culture / environment and technology.
Cons
Nothing ! Love everything about it except that one has to expect constant development, updates, upgrades
and options.

My experience with AbelDent
Overall I love using Abeldent as it eases the booking and management of the patients
Pros
It is very simple to use and book patients, also the reports that generate is really useful for the business.
Cons
The password updating system, I know it is because of its high security but sometimes it’s very time consuming.
