I love the integrations
Very easy to use, and easy to implement, you don't need any technical knowledge to use this product.
Pros
It saves a lot of time while reviewing our website and testing our mobile app. It saves us from the back-and-forth screenshots and follow-up meetings for specific bugs and cases.
Cons
I don't know because I have everything I need in the app at the moment.

Responsive support team: The Commented team was highly responsive, addressing minor issues promptly and effectively.
Cons
Some minor bugs were encountered, although they were quickly resolved by the Commented team.

Struggles of task management, feedback processes and collaboration

If you have a main problem on website, you can put a pin where it is. So good
